The accommodations come equipped with essentials like body soap, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom offered convenience, and the garden provided a serene spot to unwind after a long day.

Unpacking was a challenge with limited storage. there’s just a few hooks and hangers behind the door. The bed was quite firm, and breakfast came at an extra cost, which can be misleading. For a stay longer than a night, I'd recommend checking on closet space, as there’s no wardrobe to store your gear. the shower curtain could definitely use a wash. it was quite stained.

Had heaps of fun! Nicola and Nick were choice hosts, but only a few hooks to hang clothes was a bit annoying. Breakfast was bang-on, though!

A breakfast to remember

Our two-night stay at The Long House was delightful. Nicola, the host, graciously made reservations for us at a nearby pub. The breakfast was outstanding, with a charming atmosphere to start the day.

The room had limited unpacking space and lacked an en-suite bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. the double bed was quite firm, and I missed having a wardrobe.

The double room had all the essentials like body soap, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom was very convenient. The bed linens were fresh and comfy. Relaxing in the sunny garden was a highlight. Spa facilities were a lovely surprise. Great towels and delightful tea/coffee maker were a nice touch too.

picturesque location

long house bed & breakfast has lovely hosts who are very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast there is excellent, and it's a great location near the picturesque cotswolds. we only stayed for one night but would have happily extended our stay, and we'd definitely book again.
